JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage engineering processes, ensuring their quality and timeliness.
- Organize and manage tasks, sprints and deployments using project management tools
- Hold standups with the team, fix estimations, track and follow-up to the implementation, give feedback and organize retrospective meetings
- Participate in talent selection and hiring.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
- Ensure that the team is following best practices, industry standards and using appropriate technologies.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Support the professional growth and career development of team members.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for skill development.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the engineering team and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation related to project progress and team performance.
JOB Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering or a related field.
- Substantial experience in engineering roles.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge relevant to the team’s focus area.
- Fluent English language
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, standards and emerging technologies.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
