Codeex is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager who is going to manage highly challenging international project consisting of engineers of all levels.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Create a comprehensive project strategy, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and relevant materials.
- Assign responsibilities, set clear expectations, and manage team members’ performance.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Present project status, progress, and outcomes clearly.
- Monitor project scope to ensure changes are properly evaluated, approved, and communicated. Prevent scope creep and manage change requests effectively.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and familiarity with software development.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to make informed decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to drive to big-picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good spoken and written command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
