Job Responsibilities

    UX Research & Discovery
    • Understand user needs through research, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
    • Translate insights into clear user journeys, personas, and problem statements.
    UX Design
    • Create wireframes, flows, low-fidelity prototypes to explore solutions.
    • Map out end-to-end user journeys with attention to usability, accessibility, and scalability.
    UI Design
    • Design high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and design systems aligned with our brand.
    • Ensure consistency across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) and platforms.
    Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and define success metrics.
    • Partner with Developers to ensure smooth handoff and design fidelity in implementation.
    • Present design decisions with rationale, backed by user needs and data.
    Iteration & Validation
    • Conduct usability testing and A/B testing of designs.
    • Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to iterate and improve.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience (preferably in SaaS or consumer apps).
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of end-to-end product design work (showing both UX problem-solving and UI visual quality).
  • Tools: Proficiency with Figma (preferred)
    • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
    • Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
    • Understanding of front-end development constraints (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus).
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Analytical mindset, with ability to use data and research to drive design decisions.
    • Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience designing for multi-language, multi-regional platforms.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA) to inform design.
    • Experience in SaaS, security, or wellness apps (depending on your product).
    • Motion/animation design skills (Lottie, After Effects, etc.).
