We are seeking a Front-End Team Lead to join the Codeex team!

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and effectively manage expectations.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and efficient SDLC processes.
- Coordinate and manage team activities, including task allocation, sprint planning, and performance monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Facilitate seamless integration with platform tools, including Bitbucket, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Encourage and support the use of modern AI-assisted coding tools, including GitHub Copilot.
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior front-end developer or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, architecture, and best practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including planning, prioritisation, and execution of development activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build strong working relationships.
- Working knowledge of SDLC tools and processes, specifically Bitbucket, Artifactory, Octopus, TeamCity, and JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot-assisted coding; proficiency in Vibe coding is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a development team in a fast-paced environment.
