Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications
- Lead the development of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
- Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
