Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and determine selection criteria.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified technical candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with potential candidates, and keep up to date with technical market trends and technologies.
- Attend recruitment events and job fairs.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
