Job Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for content
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support our business objectives
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content writing and digital marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a content writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published writing samples
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation and style
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and distil complex information into clear, compelling content
  • Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT or similar AI-driven tools to generate content ideas and improve writing efficiency
  • Strong coordination skills to effectively gather and synthesize information from various sources, including ChatGPT-generated content
  • Proficiency in word processing and content management software is expected. Knowledge of SEO principles and tools can also be beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to create persuasive and impactful content that not only engages the audience but also aligns with the strategic goals of the organization or client
  • Ability to craft content for various formats, including websites, social media, print materials, emails, advertisements and more
  • Ability to work on projects from concept to completion, accepting creative guidance and suggestions along the way.
