Job Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance the design process and deliver innovative visual content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements to continually improve design strategies and processes.
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and brand integrity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proven experience in integrating AI technologies into the design process.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI tools like Adobe Sensei, Runway ML, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Excellent English language skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
