Junior Full-Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React or Angular technologies
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Implement front-end interfaces and user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Integrate third-party APIs and libraries as required
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Assist in the development of technical specifications and architecture designs
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards adherence
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Job Requirements

Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required.
Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel (developers, designers, QA engineers).
Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and between the team and other organizational units.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and validation activities.
Implement and manage project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Maintain a well-prioritized backlog by organizing and refining user stories, tasks, bugs, and other issue types.
Ensure all tasks and issues are properly logged in JIRA with adequate details, acceptance criteria, and assigned to the appropriate team members.
