Job Responsibilities
- Incorporation of Strong Coding Guidelines: Ensure that code quality and best practices are maintained across the team. Collaborate with fellow engineers to establish coding standards.
- Growth and KPIs: Play an active role in the growth and development of the engineering workforce. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering team’s progress.
- Succession Planning: Develop strategies for product-wise succession planning, ensuring seamless transitions and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and adherence to coding guidelines.
- Product Quality: Ensure that the team consistently delivers high-quality products by implementing quality control measures and fostering a culture of excellence.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in PHP with Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in the jQuery library
- Experience with other UI frameworks is a plus.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in defining and tracking engineering KPIs.
- Familiarity with code review processes and tools.
- A commitment to maintaining high product quality.
