Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required.
Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel (developers, designers, QA engineers).
Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and between the team and other organizational units.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and validation activities.
Implement and manage project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Maintain a well-prioritized backlog by organizing and refining user stories, tasks, bugs, and other issue types.
Ensure all tasks and issues are properly logged in JIRA with adequate details, acceptance criteria, and assigned to the appropriate team members.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or IT project management context.
Fluent command of the English language, both in speaking and writing.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead technical teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion.
Strong technical background with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility and the ability to shift priorities quickly in response to changing project needs or business objectives.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is required, with practical experience in applying these frameworks to software development projects.
PMP, PRINCE2,CSM or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Previous experience in working with Cybersecurity, Email deliverability products, or related technology fields is a significant advantage.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA with a strong preference for candidates who have managed projects within these platforms.
